Harrogate Bridal Exhibition March 2008 - We had a great time as always loving the show for its ability to bring to life the accessories chosen over the year to enhance the beautiful bridal gowns at the show. Our stand looked like a Biba shop I was told, makes sense really to me. Our stand is in the main hall of M and resembles a retail shop. We like to display our collections as we would if we had a shop, to create a mood. We both love the new Sex and the City Look, empowering women in designs that are both feminine, creative and gorgeous, ladylike, sexy and fun not necessarily in that order either, but a little bit everything to put together the picture for the Big Day

Above is a cover shot of one of our new big flower pieces for your hair this is Cosmo and retails about £80 the new accessory designs are being launched at the Harrogate show with many more to come for September. Big beautiful bold flowers with a flirty bit of veil, gorgeous.

I have Wendy and Katie working hard on the stand alongside our two models, Katie models too for me when we are busy, Resi and Debbie looked stunning in all the designs, both my own 50's look and EMMI MARIAGE a new WEDDING DRESS collection made in Poland beautifully cut and presented, corset bodices, delicately embelished with lace and crystal or draped and pintucked, pleated to perfection, and using the fabulous flowers from the new accessories deisnged by Jola and Anna with a little bit of an input from moi, adding that extra bit of style. Gloves in lots of colours, for the bride and her mum with plain designs from under £20 we have ring cushions, veils and petticoats, even gloves for the Groom, Bridesmaids and Ushers. We also a large collection of communion gloves wedding and evening gloves, beautiful lace, swarvoski detailed fingerless, ruched or pleated a must for the big day.

Our Alaska jacket was also a winner in champagne and black for the trendy bride and my adventurous stockists have ordered this one, look at Elizabeth Todd London, Miss Bush in Surrey Scandalo in Doncaster, Cocu in Manchester and Acushla Bridal in Ireland . Alexi jacket ordered by Paradise Collections in Northern Ireland and Modern Fashions in the South of Ireland, Miss Bush again and the Bridal House Llp in Aylesbury . Vogue have an article in this months edition (June) on marabou feather fashions, showing `CHANEL' Marabou jackets for autumn . Alaska photographed for October edition of Cosmo Bide, look out for our wide lace headband with diamonte trim and a large flower on one side, will keep you updated with press pictures.
